General Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

Choosing the product:
The customer is able to choose between and order our webshop's products. If the customer clicks on the product, the description can be read. If the customer would like to purchase our products, it can be done by clicking on the "cart" icon, so that the product is in a virtual cart. By clicking the "cart" on the upper right side of our webpage, you can take a look at the product you would like to purchase, the full price of the bill and the charge of the delivery. You can double check your order here, concerning the quantity and the price especially, you can edit these. The cart will calculate the exact price as well.

Placing an order:
If you are satisfied with the products in the cart, checked the quantity and price, and decided to purchase them, you just simply click on the "checkout" button. In our webshop you are able to purchase without registration, meaning you can choose between 3 alternatives:

as a registered customer, you would like to log in
as a new customer, you would like to register
you would like to purchase without registration

If you have purchased here earlier, then use the e-mail address and password given by you when registered. If you are a new customer and would like to register, fill the registration form with datas needed for the purchase. The system save these datas and next time you only need to log in. If you would not like to register, you only need to write the address of the delivery and the invoice.
We partnered with GLS, they will deliver your package.

We only accept bank transfer as a payment method.

Price:

Our prices are those valid prices listed in our webshop next to the products. These are gross prices, contain the VAT, but do not contain the charge of the delivery. The cost of the delivery can be found in the process of "chekout" before the final step of placing your order or in the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. In that case there is a mistake or deficiency in our webshop we maintain the right for correction. We inform the customer about the new datas when noticing the mistake. The purchaser can confirm the order or there is a possibility for both side to withdraw the order.

Processing the order:

The processing is from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm (CET) You can place an order aside this period, if it happens after our working hour, we will start the process on the next day. Our customer service will confirm your order via e-mail or via phone call. The pictures on the website can be slightly different from the products we have, because of the lighting conditions were changing when the pictures were taken, also not all monitor are the same. Our company do not maintain responsibility for the changing of the technical descriptions, delivery services, or reasons beyond our control if we were not informed beforehand.
We maintain to refuse the order fully or partly. Partly fulfil happen after discussion with the customer. We return the money in all cases.

Correction of the datas:
You can correct your datas before clicking on the "chekout".

Confirm:
We will confirm all orders via e-mail. It means, you receive an automatic reply when placing your order and another one about the estimated delivery date. You can call the customer service as well.

Terms of payment:
We only accept bank transfer in our webshop.

Online bank card payments are executed via the Barion system. The merchant does not get and store bank card data. Barion Payment Inc., the provider of this service, is an institution under the authority of the Central Bank of Hungary, its license number is: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Shipping:
Our partner, the GLS company will deliver your order. The estimated date and time of the shipping are shown by our webshop during the "checkout" process, and the confirmation e-mail also contains it. You can discuss the delivery time and date when talking to our customer service colleagues.

Shipping charge:
Depends on the country and region.

Delivery withdrawal:
If the webshop can not fulfil the obligations of the terms and conditions because the product is not available or can not provide the customer with its service, the webshop must inform the purchaser. We do not make contract with underage people.By accepting the business terms and conditions the individual states that he/she is an adult.

Returning of the product:
The product can be returned in its original package, complete in quality and quantity.

Information on entering into a contract
The language of the contract are English/German, the contraction qualified as a written one/ does not qualified as a written one. The contraction is registered/ is not registered, will be accessable subsequently/ will not be accessable subsequently.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to our delivery partners without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please not, that the distributor is not obliged to reimburse the cost of the shipping. Purchase with caution.
If you notice unequivocal fault, which happened before receiving the goods, in the presence of the courier, we provide immediate return and deleting the order . All kinds of faults are obliged to write in the record. We are not responsible for any subsequent deficiency or damage. You can download the Act of Act 17/1999 decree on the website of the National Authority for Consumer Protection.

Stipulation of property rights:
Until our receipt of full payment the goods remain our property.

Modifying, deleting the order:
According to the act CVIII. 2001. the webstore's software send a note about the acceptance of the order. This notification does not qualify as a contract between the seller and purchaser. It ionly informs the purchaser that the order is processed and forwarded to our colleague.

The seller provides the possibility for the purchaser to withdraw the order in electronic way. At the start of the process the customer receive a notification via e-mail or phone call on the estimated date and time of the good's arrival and the processing, after that the withdrawal is only possible when contacting us by clicking on the "Customer Service" or "Contact" button on our webpage. We are able to delete your order one day before the shipping.
Modifying only happens via e-mail.

Data management

Datas given when placing the order are managed privately by our company and does not forward them to a third party, except for the delivery service, who needs to know the informations needed, so that they can deliver the package. The datas are used to fulfil the order. Some IT systems store datas on the bill given by the customer, for a period of time determined by the current accountance law.

General Terms and Conditions' unmanaged questions are autorized by the code of law, 17/1999 (II.5.) government decree authorizes the contract established by absents, and the act CVIII. 2001. authorizes the electronic merchantise's services and IT connections.
